OVERVIEW

EP Group, in collaboration with Orkid, hosted a romantic and stylish Valentine’s Day promotional event designed to celebrate love, beauty, and connection. The event brought together guests in an elegant setting to enjoy themed activities, product highlights, and a visually rich experience.

As the videographer, my role was to create a vibrant and emotional highlight video that captured the essence of the event — from the visual setup and guest interactions to the brand’s message and atmosphere.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

The main challenge was balancing the romantic tone of the event with the energy and flow needed for a strong promotional video. The lighting was soft and ambient, which created a beautiful mood but required careful adjustment for clear, cinematic shots.

To capture the event effectively, I used cinematic settings, smooth gimbal movements, and close attention to visual details. I focused on storytelling — beginning with the setup and decor, then moving through guest arrivals, branded experiences, and the overall atmosphere.

I also worked closely with the EP Group team to ensure all key moments and brand visuals were included in the final video.

THE RESULT

The final video delivered a polished, emotional, and brand-focused highlight of the event. It successfully showcased the elegance of the setup, the joyful guest experiences, and the love-themed ambiance.

Solaris used the video across their social media and digital platforms to extend the reach of the campaign. It helped build excitement around the brand and created a lasting impression of the event’s success.

The video not only documented the event but turned it into a powerful marketing piece — capturing emotion, style, and brand identity all in one.
