With the goal of reaching more potential buyers and investors, Jiran sought to strengthen its digital footprint and position itself as a trusted name in the real estate market through targeted social media marketing and content strategies.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

The real estate industry is highly visual and trust-driven, and Jiran needed a fresh, consistent digital presence to compete with larger players. Our strategy focused on building emotional connection and lead generation through social media. We launched a content plan across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, featuring professional property visuals, virtual tours, lifestyle content, and real estate tips tailored to first-time buyers and investors. Paid campaigns targeted keywords and interests like “luxury apartments for sale,” “real estate investment Egypt,” and “affordable housing options.” We also integrated WhatsApp and Messenger lead forms to streamline direct inquiries from ads.

THE RESULT

Jiran Real Estate saw a 260% increase in page engagement, a 4x growth in leads through social media, and higher brand recognition in key markets. The enhanced digital presence attracted not only local clients but also diaspora investors looking for reliable property partners.
